Safe Trade / Payment Options

Payment Options:

1). Safe Trade - Credit Card Transaction via iPay88 payment gateway OR Offline Payment via Maybank & CIMB Bank only. Bank Account Name: Maxoom Sdn Bhd. (Details as below).

2). Seller's Bank Account - Offline Payment. Note: Please take extra precaution when the seller's give you the Bank Account Name different from their member page shown in MobileMegaMall.com. Please consult with us if you have any doubt prior make any payment.

We - MobileMegaMall.com are trying our very best to provide the Safe Trade to the buyer and provide smooth transaction to the seller. In order to benefit with safe trade transaction, buyer MUST make the payment via Mobile Mega Mall's SAFE TRADE payment method (Credit card via iPay88, Maybank and CIMB Bank).

1). Buyer shall make the payment via Mobile Mega Mall's Safe Trade payment gateway. We are partnering with iPay88 to provide few verification steps to the Online/Credit Card payment.  We also provide Maybank and CIMB Bank Safe Trade accounts for buyer convenient. The banks account name shall be Maxoom Sdn. Bhd. which operated by MobileMegaMall.com.

2). Once all the transaction details and payment are verified, we will inform the individual seller to proceed and ship the item to the buyer accordingly.

3). For future shipment verification purposes, the seller MUST obtain the tracking code/number from Poslaju or other courier company.

4). Buyer should notify confirm received the item in good condition through the order page and welcome to give comments or rate the seller.

5). Once buyer confirmed received the item without any complaint, we will then release the payment to the seller.

With all the above steps, every parties will have a safe trade and smooth transaction as compare to make payment via Offline Payment/PayPal.

Safe Trade Details:

1). Buyer MUST make the payment via Mobile Mega Mall's Safe Trade payment gateway (Credit card via iPay88, Maybank or CIMB Bank).

2). For Credit Card Online Payment:

2a). We are partnering with iPay88 to provide the secure online credit card payment gateway. First of all, the system will verify the credit card (Visa or Master) details. If the details verified successfully, it will then request the buyer to enter the credit card's 3D Secure code. Only credit card with 3D Secure code allowed to make the payment. Please refer to "What is 3D Secure Code?" guideline for more details.

2b). Once the 3D Secure code is passed, the payment will be transfer to the Mobile Mega Mall Seller's iAccount for further verification. All the credit card and transaction details will be verify again by iPay88's admin. At the same time, Mobile Mega Mall's Admin will verify the transaction details as well.

3). For MobileMegaMall.com Bank Account Offline Payment:

3a). In order for buyer convenient, MobileMegaMall.com provides two Banks Account for Safe Trade item purchase. The banks account name shall be Maxoom Sdn. Bhd. which is operated by MobileMegaMall.com.

4). We will notify the seller to proceed and ship the item if all the details are appropriate. Otherwise, MobileMegaMall.com reserve the rights to cancel the transaction.

5). In order to ease the shipment verification later on, the seller MUST obtain the tracking number/code from Poslaju or other Courier Company.

6). The buyer should notify item received via the order page once buyer have had received the item in good condition or stated condition by the seller. It is under seller responsibilities to request the buyer to notify received item in the order page . Please contact buyer if necessary.

Note: We are strongly recommend every buyer to video record the parcel unpacking process. The recorded video clip is very important when dealing with the seller if the item received is not in good condition or not as per described by the seller. Please take note that if buyer failed to provide the recorded video clip for any disbute, MobileMegaMall.com or seller reserve the rights NOT to exchange item or any refund.

7). Once the buyer have had confirm received item in good condition, MobileMegaMall.com only will release the payment to the seller.

Note:

i). Buyer Notified Received Item:-

  • Payment will release to seller once buyer have notified received the item in the order page without complaint.

ii). Buyer Received Item but No Notify Received Item:-

  • If the buyer have received the item but haven't notify receive the item, seller take full responsibility to contact buyer to confirm it. Please take note that MobileMegaMall.com reserve the rights to Freeze the payment to the seller if the buyer haven't notify received the item. Hence, please request buyer to notify received item in the order page or email/fax us the proof of received copy for the payment release. Please do contact us if any doubt.
  • We will deemed that the buyer received the item without complaint and release the payment to the seller after 7 working days which calculate from the updated shipping date in MobileMegaMall.com.

iii). Buyer Failed or Did Not Collect Item On Time:-

  • If the item was sent but the buyer failed or did not collect the item on time, the item should send back to the seller from Poslaju or the courier company. In this case, the buyer can:-

    Option A). Resend item -

  • Buyer can request seller to resend the item within 7 days. Otherwise, the seller reserve the rights to cancel the transaction or request buyer to pay the price different/handling fees (if any). Please take note that buyer shall bear the resend shipping cost/handling fees which the costs shall be reasonable and agreed by both parties. After 7 days, the buyer can request for refund but in partially only and with reasonable reason. Please see Option B for more refund details.

    Option B). Refund (Partially) -

  • Buyer can request seller for refund but in partially only. Please take note that buyer shall bear the surcharge fee, the shipping cost and the handling fees (if any). Hence, the total refund amount shall be after deducted the surcharge fee, shipping cost and handling fees (if any).

8). Buyer is please to review the seller and give some comments afterward.

Although the verification process are not tighten in the Offline Payment/PayPal method, we still try our best to achieve smooth and quality transactions for every deals.


Terms and Conditions:-

To enjoy Safe Trade benefits, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Instruction to ship out the items shall be come from Mobile Mega Mall's Admin and not from the buyers or sellers. We will only instruct the shipping of items upon verified the transaction.
  • All items must be shipped through commercial courier companies or Poslaju that provides tracking number/code and have a good reputation. Normal mail or standard parcel will not be accepted. Upon violation of this terms, Safe Tade will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
  • We reserve the rights to update the Safe Trade terms and conditions in order to provide more secure and smooth transaction to both buyer and seller.
  • MobileMegaMall.com is a facilitator for this process and all disputes and damages is solely between the buyer and seller. You will not hold MobileMegaMall.com liable for any loss or damages resulting from the trade/transaction.
  • For Buyer, you will pay the applicable surcharge fees by completing this transaction. For seller, you authorize MobileMegaMall.com to deduct the applicable admin fees from the amount that is due to me.
  • The surcharge fees for buyer shall be 3.5% of total selling price for credit card payment or 1% of total selling price for offline banking (Maybank and CIMB Bank). MobileMegaMall.com reserved the rights to change or amend the surcharge fees without prior notice to all the members.
  • If either one of the buyer or seller violate our Safe Trade policies, the Safe Trade is automatically voided or null.
  • Standard Safe Trade transaction could take couples of working days subject to the transaction verification time frame.
  • We reserve the right not to return the change in normal circumstances (The balance of money returned when an amount given is more than what is due). Under adnormal circumstances, we shall charge RM10 processing fees per transaction for the balance returned.
